Meet the Founder
Marshall Bahr, MD, MBA
Dr. Marshall Bahr founded Xterra Health with a simple but powerful mission: to ensure that veterans receive fair, accurate, and medically sound support when navigating the VA disability system.
Before becoming a physician and healthcare entrepreneur, Dr. Bahr served as a U.S. Army Ranger and Special Operations Combat Medic with the 75th Ranger Regiment. During his military service, he participated in hundreds of combat missions, gaining firsthand experience with the physical and psychological toll military service can take, often long after a service member leaves uniform. That lived experience continues to shape his approach to medicine, leadership, and advocacy.
